Feeling the drag?

Have you all been feeling overwhelmed by the end of summer and on-slot of fall activities?  If so, you are certainly not alone and the daily doses of organic coffee are simply not picking up the slack ... for me anyway (believe me, I have tried!)  In solidarity of making it through a sluggish day, week, or month, let's remember the importance of our B vitamins!  A friend of mind showed me this video the other day and I loved it!  Hope you make this shake and enjoy it too!


Vitamin B-Gone (sluggishness) Smoothie!
- 1-2 bananas
- 1 crown of broccoli
- 3-5 pitted dates
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 15-20 oz water

Blend all the ingredients and enjoy all the vitamin b goodness!
